Will this really block ALL light?

Yes. The advanced contoured design seals completely around your eyes and nose. Customers report being able to sleep in fully lit rooms: "The light was on in my bedroom, but I could see no light. It was completely dark with all lights on."

Is it uncomfortable for side sleepers?

No. Unlike bulky masks, Noctura has 15° curved thin sides specifically designed for side sleeping. Verified side sleepers confirm: "stayed put all night long" and "no uncomfortable temple pressure."

Why purchase this over other sleep masks?

You get what you pay for. Multiple customers returned cheap masks before finding Noctura. One mask that works is worth more than five that don't. Plus, Noctura lasts for years—people buy backups because they never want to be without it.

Stop Lying Awake Staring at the Ceiling

You know the frustration: you're exhausted, but even the tiniest sliver of light from alarm clocks, electronics, or streetlights keeps your brain alert. You lie there for 15, 20, even 30 minutes trying to force sleep that won't come. Traditional sleep masks let light leak through the sides or nose gap, making them basically useless. MZOO's patented contoured seal with 22mm nose padding eliminates every single gap—creating the pitch-black darkness your brain needs to produce melatonin and shut down fast. Customers report falling asleep "within minutes, almost immediately" instead of tossing and turning for hours.

No More Pressure or Irritation on Your Eyes

If you've tried other sleep masks, you know the problem: they either press uncomfortably on your eyelids, crush your eyelashes, or feel like a tight band squeezing your face. That constant pressure actually keeps you awake and leaves marks on your skin. MZOO's revolutionary 13mm-deep eye cups create a spacious dome over each eye—you can blink, flutter, even open your eyes fully without touching any fabric. The memory foam padding distributes weight evenly around your eye sockets (never ON them), so you barely feel the mask at all. One customer said it perfectly: "You don't really 'feel' the mask... you don't have the urge to pull it off."

    Finally Works for Side Sleepers

Most sleep masks are designed for back sleepers—they have bulky sides that dig into your temple or shift off your face the moment you roll over. If you sleep on your side (like 74% of people do), you know how frustrating it is to wake up with your mask halfway off. MZOO engineered 15° curved thin sides specifically for side sleepers—no bulky pressure points, no uncomfortable bunching. The wide, adjustable strap (19"-28") stays secure without being too tight, and it won't snag your hair like Velcro straps do. Verified buyers confirm: "I am a side sleeper, and this eye mask stayed put all night long."

Stop Wasting Money on Cheap Masks

You've probably tried those $10 "blackout" masks from Target or the 3-for-$10 Amazon specials. They claim to block light, but within a week the elastic stretches out, light leaks through, and you're back to square one. Multiple customers said they returned several cheaper masks before finding MZOO—and wished they'd just bought the right one first. This isn't just another sleep mask; it's built with premium fade-resistant fabric, air-hole memory foam, and reinforced stitching that lasts for years. People buy 2-3 of these (one for home, one for travel) because once you experience real sleep, you never want to be without it. As one 5-year user said: "100% worth it... I'd suggest if you do have trouble sleeping, you should try a real mask not those 3 for $10 brands."

    • Great Eye Mask!

I bought a Noctura mask a number of years (5 or more) ago but decided that after all its nightly use (365 days a year), I needed a second. I was a little hesitant as I wondered if they would have upgraded or changed something and made it "not so good"... well they haven't messed with a winner. Exactly like my old one. Fits just as comfortable, no nose light (if you read the instructions and simply press the memory foam to your nose). Well done!!!!.. I have just returned some cheaper brands to Amazon I bought which simply don't come close to comfort and fit. BTW, the Noctura also works great if you have long eyelashes, you can open close your eyes and no touching of material.

I have found that without a mask, I tend to take 15-20 minutes or more to fall asleep even at night as there simply is rarely a "dark" night. With a comfortable Noctura mask, I fall asleep within minutes, almost immediately. Psychological it might be but it works for me. I'd suggest if you do have trouble sleeping, you should try a real mask not those 3 for $10 brands... sorry, they simply don't cut. The Noctura is thick, comfortable, lightweight and doesn't slip at night regardless if I sleep on my side or back.

I would definitely recommend this specific brand over many others (of which I've tried half a dozen other brands)

    • The masked man is sleeping soundly.

This was my first sleep eye mask, I researched carefully, and I'm glad I did. This mask is sturdy, well designed and extremely comfortable. It's easy to adjust, and fits either above the ears or across them, depending on your preference; you will choose immediately. What impresses me is that it's so soft on the face, a gentle fit, you put it on and hit the pillow. It is a perfect balance between staying put when you toss and turn, but frankly when you awaken intermittently during the night, you don't really "feel" the mask. You don't have the urge to pull it off because you can barely feel it. The design allows you to open your eyes and blink without touching anything in the mask due to its protuberant eye pieces. If you have never worn one, the effect is a bit odd. You are in bed, you open your eyes, and you see absolutely nothing but black. It wasn't unsettling or weird, actually relaxing. I don't think I realized how many times I awakened during a sleep cycle and was vaguely aware of very dim lights from charging electronics, slight light from outside through the curtains, then closing my eyes and going back to sleep. That light perception likely registered and extended the time to slip back to sleep, whereas with the mask you wake up, see nothing but black, and there is no readjustment period. Tonight is day four, and the past three nights have been remarkably successful at preventing awareness while sleeping, leading to some of the best sleep I have experienced.

    • The Holy Grail of Eye Masks

I'm a person who needs complete darkness in order to really sleep well, so I have been wearing eye masks for decades. Menopause has made deep sleep harder, so I'm very picky about them. I've tried so many brands and styles, never finding the perfect fit. I have a size large head (in hat sizing), lol.

When I saw these luxury sleep eye masks from Noctura, I hoped all my eye mask needs would be met—and I was right! Yay! The size of the eye mask itself ensures my eyes are completely covered. The soft, pillowy padding around the inside edges 1. keeps the mask off my eyes and lashes, and 2. keeps the mask from gapping and letting light in. The strap is adjustable, making my dreams of a perfect fit a reality. It also doesn't snag my long hair, and it keeps the mask on through the night. What else can one ask for? It even has its own travel bag.

I gently hand wash my eye mask regularly with a drop of Woolite, gently squeeze it after rinsing, wrap in a towel and press to remove any excess water, and let it air dry in the house. Nothing has come apart or peeled off yet, and I've had my original purchase for at least a year. I've just ordered more because it's perfect for me and I want to ensure I have enough stocked for several years ahead.
